72. Animals causing damage to roads
Any person who owns an animal or has the right to the possession or
custody of an animal, not being one used for draft or carriage, shall commit
an offence where the animal causes damage or injury to a part of a road, or
to a person, animal or vehicle passing on the road, unless he proves that he
has taken reasonable steps to prevent the animal from going on the road.
