55. Continuation of legal proceedings
All proceedings, judicial and otherwise commenced before the
commencement of this Act, by or against the Government or the State of
Mauritius in respect of matters the responsibility for which is to be exercised
by the Regional Assembly, shall be continued by or against the Regional
Assembly.
