67. Clerk of Regional Assembly
(1) There shall be assigned to the Regional Assembly, a Clerk who shall
be responsible for the secretariat of the Assembly and the efficient discharge
of such functions as may be assigned to him under the Rules and Standing
Orders of the Regional Assembly and by the Chairperson of the Regional
Assembly.

(2) The Clerk of the Regional Assembly shall be a public officer and shall
be considered as having held his public office as from 28 June 2002.
