6. Constitution of Board
(1) The Board shall consist of a Chairperson and not less than 5 nor more
than 9 other members appointed by the Minister.
(2) The members shall hold or vacate office on such terms as the Minister may determine.
(3) No member shall be deemed to hold a public office by virtue of his
appointment.
