102. Objection to licitation (1) Within 30 days after the expiry of the period specified in section 101, a defendant in the licitation or an inscribed or judgment creditor may object to— (a) the licitation; (b) any clause or condition of the memorandum of charges; or (c) any nullity in the proceedings. (2) An objection under subsection (1) shall be made, heard and determined in accordance with sections 86 and 87.
