113. Confirmation of appraiser’s report
(1) Within 15 days of the filing of the report of the appraiser, the party
who has the carriage of the sale shall apply to the Master to appoint a date
so that parties may appear before him to show cause against the confirmation (enterrinement) of the report and, as the case may be, against the drawing of lots.
(2) Where the party who has the carriage of the sale does not apply to
the Master within the period specified under subsection (1), an interested
party may make the application to the Master.
