129. Powers of Supreme Court
(1) In any sale by the Master under this Act, the Supreme Court may, on
the application of an interested party—
(a) order the sequestration of an immovable property and provide for
its management and administration; and
(b) authorise the sequestrator to provide money for—
(i) the payment of the current wages and salary of the employees and manager of the property;
(ii) the purchase of provisions; and
(iii) maintaining the property in such condition as to prevent its
deterioration in value during the sequestration.
(2) The Court may also order the payment of the arrears of wages or salary which may be due to the employees of the property under a judgment of
the Industrial Court.
(3) The sequestration shall, in addition, be under such other conditions as
the Court may determine.
