134. Amount to be spent (1) The sequestration order shall specify the amount which the sequestrator shall be authorised to spend and the manner in which it is to be spent. (2) The sequestrator shall not, without the special leave of the Court— (a) incur any unauthorised expenses; or (b) apply any money in breach of the sequestration order.
