142. Publication of outbidding
Where an outbidding is made, the outbidder’s attorney shall ex officio
cause to be published in 3 daily newspapers, not less than 10 days before
the sale, a notice in the form of the Third Schedule stating that—
(a) the property in question has been sold at a certain price;
(b) an outbidding has been made upon the sale;
(c) the property will again be put up for sale on the date fixed by
the Master; and
(d) all prospective buyers may attend and bid on the date specified
in paragraph (c).
