196. Inscription by creditor
(1) A creditor may take an inscription to preserve the rights of his debtor.
(2) The amount of the collocation of the debtor shall be distributed rateably among all creditors of the debtor who, before the final closure of the
ordre, have taken inscriptions under subsection (1), or have lodged attachments against the amount of the collocation.
