21. Notice to execution debtor (1) Within 8 days of filing the memorandum of charges, notice shall be served on the execution debtor either in person or at his domicile. (2) The notice shall— (a) call upon the execution debtor to— (i) examine the memorandum of charges and make on it such observations as he thinks fit; and (ii) be present at the time of the reading of the memorandum of charges when a day shall be fixed for the final adjudication; and (b) specify the day, hour and place appointed for the reading.
