214. Seizure of several properties of debtor
(1) The separate immovable properties belonging to the same debtor shall
not be seized successively unless they—
(a) are worked together as one estate; or
(b) have been specially mortgaged for the security of one debt.
(2) No second or subsequent seizure shall take place unless the price of
the first sale has not been sufficient to pay the claim of the seizing creditor.
