217. Suggestions
(1) Where it is necessary, in any case, to enter a suggestion in any record of proceedings under this Act, the suggestion shall be entered, at the
request of an interested party, at the foot of the memorandum of charges.
(2) The suggestion shall be read and made public at the following public
sitting held by the Master for the prosecution of the sale.

(3) Where an objection is made to the suggestion, the Master shall hear
the objection and take a decision, but shall award no costs.
