25. Sale and adjudication of property
Where the action in cancellation has not been heard and determined,
within the period fixed by section 24, the sale and adjudication of the property shall take place, notwithstanding that the action is pending, unless the
Court or Judge, on good and sufficient cause shown, has extended the period previously fixed for the hearing and determination of the action.
