29. Reading of memorandum of charges
(1) The reading of the memorandum of charges shall take place before
the Master at a public sitting to be held on a day which is not less than 10
nor more than 30 days after the filing of the memorandum of charges.
(2) The day for the sale and adjudication shall be fixed by the Master
immediately after the reading of the memorandum of charges, to a date not
less than 6 weeks after the day of the reading.
