3. Periods of seizure
(1) The seizure of immovable property shall not be effected until after
10 days from the date of service of the commandement.
(2) Where the creditor allows more than 90 days to elapse after service,
without having effected the seizure, he shall serve a fresh commandement
subject to the same formalities and with the same time limits as specified in
section 2.
