36. Postponement of sale
(1) Where the execution creditor, an inscribed or judgment creditor, or
the execution debtor satisfies the Master, on strong grounds of necessity or
expediency, that the sale should be postponed, the Master may postpone it
either indefinitely or to a specified date.
(2) The decision of the Master postponing the sale shall be final and
without appeal.
