52. How value is ascertained
The value of an immovable property shall, for the purpose of section 51,
be determined by the Master according to—
(a) the sale price or the estimated value of the property at its previous transfer;

(b) the estimated value of the property for the payment of any tax;
and
(c) the assessment of the usher as declared in the memorandum of
seizure.
