65. Form of demand
(1) The demand of distraction shall mention any titles (titres justificatifs)
relied on in support of it, and the title shall be filed together with the original
of the demand, at the Master’s Office, after service of the demand.
(2) Notice of the demand shall be published in 3 daily newspapers and an
inscribed or judgment creditor may intervene at his own cost.
