73. Costs of disbursements
(1) The attorney prosecuting the sale shall be entitled to claim from the
adjudicatee, at the time of sale, his costs of disbursements as taxed by the
Master.
(2) No additional sum, beyond the costs of disbursement and of the proceedings towards the seizure and sale of the property, shall be claimable as
against the execution debtor or the adjudicatee, as the case may be.
