75. Costs claimable if client collocated
The right of an attorney to claim a percentage or a share of the percentage of the sale price shall be contingent on the party, for whom the attorney
acts, being collocated, at the ordre, for some portion of his claim in respect
of which the seizure has been made or the subrogation has been obtained.
