8. Concurrent seizures
(1) Where the Conservator of Mortgages is unable to transcribe the seizure immediately after it has been presented to him, he shall make a note on
the original left with him of the hour, day, month and year, when it comes
into his possession.
(2) Where there are concurrent seizures, the seizure first presented to
him shall be transcribed.
