82. Notice of filing of memorandum
(1) Notice of the filing of the memorandum of charges and of the day for
the sale shall, at least 30 days before the day of sale, be served on all inscribed creditors who have taken their inscription before the deposit of the
memorandum of charges, at the domiciles elected by them in their inscription.
(2) One notice shall suffice for each creditor, whatever may be the number of inscriptions taken by him.
