98. Where several demands are made
(1) Where several demands for a licitation, or a division in kind of the
same property, have been made, the carriage of the proceedings shall belong
to the party whose petition has been presented first in order of time.
(2) Where 2 demands are presented simultaneously, the carriage shall
devolve on the attorney who is senior in standing.
