20. Diary
(1) Every auctioneer shall keep a diary on stamped paper in which he
shall enter daily his memoranda (procès-verbaux).

(2) The diary shall be countersigned at its beginning and numbered and
initialled on each page by a Judge in Chambers.
(3) The diary shall be closed and settled quarterly by the Registrar-General.
