6. Publication of advertisement
(1) Every person in charge of the sale of property by public auction shall
publish an advertisement in a newspaper of every intended sale not later
than 24 hours before the date of the sale.
(2) The advertisement shall contain—
(a) the name and description of the person in charge of the sale;
(b) a description of the property to be sold;
(c) the day and time of the sale; and
(d) the name of the owner of the property.
