10. Regulations
(1) The Central Council may make such regulations as it thinks fit for the
purposes of this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding the Interpretation and General Clauses Act, regulations made under subsection (1) shall not be required to be—
(a) approved by any Minister;
(b) laid before the Assembly; or
(c) published in the Gazette.
