6. The Central Council
(1) The Foundation shall be managed by a Central Council constituted in
accordance with regulations made under this Act.

(3) No member of the Central Council shall receive any fee or remuneration for his services.
(4) The Central Council shall meet and function in such manner as may
be prescribed by regulations made under this Act.
