8. Accounts of Foundation
(1) The financial year of the Foundation shall start on 1 January and end
on the following 31 December.
(2) The Central Council shall, on or before 31 March in every year, prepare the final accounts of the Foundation for the preceding year.
(3) The final accounts, consisting of the income and expenditure account
and balance sheet, shall be audited by a qualified accountant, who shall be
appointed by the Central Council.
