20. Donations and exemptions
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Fund.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Fund shall be exempt from
payment of—
(a) any registration duty, fee or charges in respect of any document
under which the Fund is the sole beneficiary or where immovable
property is acquired; and
(b) any other duty, rate, charge, fee or tax.
