118. Recovery of benefit and compensation
(1) A person who is convicted of an offence under this Part shall be liable
to compensate any person for any loss or damage incurred wholly or partly
as a result of the offence.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply where the other person was party to or
knowingly concerned in the offence.
