153. Immunity (1) No action shall lie against any person who makes a report in good faith to the Commission that is required or permitted under this Act, any regulations made under this Act or any FSC Rules, or that relates to a matter in respect of which the Commission has functions under this Act, the regulations or the FSC Rules whether or not the person is required to make the report. (2) No person shall be subjected to any prejudice in his employment, or penalised in any way, on the ground that the person has reported, in good faith a suspected breach of this Act, any regulations made under this Act or any FSC Rules, even where there was no obligation to report.
