50. Capital and liquidity requirements (1) The FSC Rules may provide for capital and liquidity requirements and other prudential rules for investment dealers and investment advisers. (2) In formulating rules for the purposes of subsection (1), the matters to which the Commission shall have regard include— (a) the nature of the activity authorised by the relevant licence; and (b) the nature and extent of the risks that those licensees are exposed to, and that they pose to their clients or to the integrity of the securities market.
