69. Derogation under this Part for CIS
(1) This Part shall not apply to collective investment schemes authorised
or recognised by the Commission under Part VIII.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), no collective investment scheme
shall make an offer of securities to the public unless such offer is made in a
prospectus or simplified prospectus that complies with FSC Rules.
