27. Regulations
The Minister may—
(a) after consultation with the CDS and the Commission, make such
regulations as he thinks fit for the purpose of this Act; and
(b) by regulations, amend the Schedule.

account and at any time, disclose, otherwise than in accordance with this Act, any
information of a confidential nature obtained by me as an officer or employee of the
CDS.
