30. Confidentiality
(1) No person shall, except—
(a) for the purposes of carrying out his duties under this Act;
(b) for the purposes of legal proceedings under this Act or any other
enactment;
(c) where required to do so by any Court or under any enactment;
or
(d) with the written consent of the Minister,
disclose any information acquired by him in the carrying out of his duties
which relates to seed matters.
(2) No person shall publish any false or misleading advertisement concerning seed or premises to which this Act applies.
