2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Committee” means the Executive Committee of the Council referred
to in section 6;
“Council” means the Senior Citizens Council established by section 3;
“member” means a member of the Council;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
social security is assigned;
“senior citizen” means a person aged 55 years or over.
