9. General Meeting
(1) A general meeting of the Council shall be held once a year at such
time and place as the Council may decide.
(2) At least 14 days’ notice shall be given before the holding of a general
meeting.
(3) The business of the general meeting shall be—
(a) the consideration and adoption of the annual report of the Committee and of the auditor’s report; and
(b) —
(4) The Council shall regulate its own proceedings.
