8. Dissolution of Foundation
(1) The Foundation may be dissolved by the unanimous decision of the
Board.
(2) Where the Foundation is dissolved, all assets of the Foundation
remaining after the winding up shall be transferred to such charitable organisation as may be designated by the Board.
