6. Meetings of Board
(1) The Board shall regulate its meetings as it thinks fit.

(2) The Board shall meet—
(a) at the request of the Chairperson, at such time and place as may
be determined by the Chairperson; and
(b) in any event, at least once every 2 months.
(3) Six members shall constitute the quorum.
