11. Register
(1) The Registrar shall, in such form as he may determine, keep—
(a) a register in respect of every SME registered under this Act; and
(b) such other registers as may be necessary for the purposes of
this Act.
(2) The Registrar shall ensure that any information recorded in a register
is up to date and available for inspection or reproduction in usable form.
