18. General Fund
The Authority shall set up a General Fund—
(a) into which shall be paid—
(i) any donation, grant and contribution received by it;
(ii) any fee; and

(iii) any other sum which may lawfully accrue to it;
(b) out of which all payments required to be made by the Authority
shall be effected.
