15. General Fund
Subject to this Act, the Fund shall establish a General Fund—
(a) into which all monies received by the Fund, including such
grants or other money as the Fund may receive from Government and other sources, shall be paid; and
(b) out of which payments and other disbursements required to be
effected by the Fund shall be met.
