26. Regulations
(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Board—
(a) make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this
Act; and
(b) by regulations, amend the Schedule.
(2) Any regulations made under this section may provide for the levying
of fees and taking of charges.
