10. Recovery of excess payment
Where an applicant has received financial support to which he is not
entitled or which he is not qualified to receive, the amount may,
notwithstanding section 5 of the Recovery of State Debts Act, be recovered
by the supervising officer in the manner provided for the recovery of a small
State debt under that Act.
