6. The Committee
(1) The Société shall be managed by a Committee constituted in such
manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Committee shall consist of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, a
Secretary, a Treasurer and 8 other persons.
(3) The Committee may invite a person to be the patron of the Société.
