11. Accounts of Association
(1) The Treasurer shall keep the accounts of the Association which shall
at all reasonable times be open to inspection by a person having an interest
in the funds of the Association.
(2) The financial year of the Association shall end on such date as may
be decided by the Annual General Meeting.
(3) All accounts and books of the Association shall be audited once a
year, as soon as may be after the end of the financial year, by 2 auditors
appointed by the Committee, subject to ratification by the Annual General
Meeting.
