13. Quorum
(1) The quorum for a general meeting shall be 25 or one-quarter of the
membership, whichever is the lesser.
(2) Where there is no quorum, the Chairperson shall adjourn the meeting
to such day, time and place as shall be notified in accordance with the rules
of the Association.
