20. Annual report of Council
(1) The Council shall prepare and submit to the Minister, in accordance
with the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act, an annual report
together with a statement of accounts audited by a person approved by the
Minister, on the operations of the Council in respect of every financial year.
(2) The annual report shall include a statement of audited accounts
containing—
(a) a balance sheet; and
(b) a statement of income and expenditure during the year.
(3) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay a copy of
the annual report before the Assembly.
