22. Objects of NADO
NADO shall—
(a) promote participation in sports, free from the use of prohibited
substances or other methods intended to artificially enhance
performance; and

(b) ensure that Mauritius complies with any anti-doping code of
WADA and any other international agreement concerning the
prohibition of the use of drugs and doping in sports to which
Mauritius is a party.
